What is LacQrd™?

LacQrd is the premier on demand nail salon services company. Our network of talented LCTs provide amazing salon quality experiences for customers in the location they choose. We give you the flexibility to have fabulous nails where ever you are!

What is an LCT™?

LCTs™ or LacQrd Certified Technicians™ are professional nail technicians who have gone through LacQrd’s detailed screening process. They are experienced, licensed, and insured.

What is a LacQrd Party?

A LacQrd party is exactly that...a party! It's what we call a group service for parties of 4 or more. We take LacQrd Party requests for bridal showers, group events, or just for fun. LacQrd Parties must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Please email book@lacqrd.com to request a LacQrd Party appointment. If your party is less than 4, we ask that you fill out a regular booking request for each person via our app.

How many LCTs are assigned to a LacQrd Party?

That depends on the service and the number of people in your party. However, our general rule is to assign one LCT per person in your party so no one is left waiting and everyone gets special LacQrd service!

What areas do you service?

Currently LacQrd services San Diego County, California. However, we’re expanding rapidly so be sure to SIGN UP for our mailing list and get notified as soon as we’re available in your area. We promise, we won’t spam you!

Will you come to my business? Hotel? Friend’s house? Other?

Of course! LacQrd can send LCTs where ever you are. Simply provide the service address at the time of booking. There is one exception however. In order for LCTs to provide particular services like Spa Services, Gel or Acrylic, they must have access to running water and electricity. We know, a Spa Mani + Pedi in the park sounds delightful but may not be realistic.

How soon can you be here?

LacQrd can be there in as little as 2 hours! Unfortunately, we do not allow booking less than two (2) hours in advance. Please keep in mind, cancellations are accepted up to one (1) hour prior to your scheduled appointment time.

How far in advance can I book a service?

You can book your LacQrd service up to 7 days in advance.

Can I book a service for someone else?

Certainly, and aren’t you sweet! Simply enter the individuals information in the customer details section when booking their appointment.

Can I cancel my already scheduled service?

Absolutely. You can cancel your appointment for a full refund provided you are cancelling at least one (1) hour in advance of the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made less than one (1) hour in advance of the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

What qualifications and screenings do your LCTs have?

LCTs are professionally licensed nail technicians. LacQrd verifies all state license requirements, professional liability insurance, references, and conducts criminal background screenings for all technicians in our network.

What sanitary precautions do LCTs take?

We take health and sanitation very seriously. That’s why LCTs use disposable products when available, like spa liners and manicure bowl liners each time they provide a service. All reusable equipment is thoroughly disinfected before and after each use.

Can I pay by cash or check?

Unfortunately, we only accept payment in the form of a credit card online at the time of booking. If you would like additional services or services no on our salon menu at the time of your appointment, you'll need to work this out with your LCT at the time of service. In this situation, payment is made directly to the LCT and providing services are at the sole discretion of the LCT.

Can I tip my LCT in person?

LacQrd provides a convenient way to tip your LCT with a credit card online at the time of booking. This makes it convenient during your time of service so you don’t have to worry about digging in your wallet and nicking your new nail job! However, if you’d like to tip your LCT in person for outstanding service, you’re welcome to do so. 100% of tips received online or in person go directly to the LCT.

What if I’m not happy with the service I received?

Oh no! Say it isn’t so! We make every effort to ensure the quality of our service is top-notch. If you are unhappy with the service in anyway, please notify us within 48 hours. Although LacQrd cannot make guarantees on services performed by our LCTs, we will do everything in our power to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

How do I get a Promo Code?
